The Show Your Jomar Contest is a year-long promotion that awards prizes every month and Grand Prizes every season – that way, you get as many chances to win as possible. The Show Your Jomar Spring Contest begins on February 15, 2012, and ends on May 15, 2012.

1. Dates of 2012 Contests: Three Show Your Jomar Contests (each a "Contest") are to be conducted in 2012. The first Contest begins on February 15, 2012 Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 14, 2012 ET; the second Contest begins on May 15, 2012 ET and ends on August 14, 2012 ET; and the third Contest begins on August 15, 2012 ET and ends on November 14, 2012 ET (each a "Contest Period").
    
2. Eligibility: Each Contest is only open to legal US residents who are currently residing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware. In order for any person under the age of 18 (a "Minor") to be eligible to participate in a Contest or to receive a prize, the Minor's parent or legal guardian must agree to these Official Rules on behalf of the Minor. Employees, directors and officers of Jomar Textiles, Inc. ("Company") and any of its affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective employees and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household with any of the foregoing are not eligible. Each Contest is void anywhere outside of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware or where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Each Contest is subject to all federal, state and local municipal laws. By entering a Contest, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules and decisions of the Company which are final and binding.
    
3. How to Participate: Participants who are 18 or older may visit the Jomar website (www.Jomarstores.com), click on the "Show Your Jomar" contest and follow the instructions in order to register their information and send it by text or e-mail to the Company with a photograph of the participant (and no other person) wearing or displaying an item for sale at a Company store. Participants who are Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to enter a Contest. The Company will not accept any registration or personal information of any nature whatsoever in regard to a child who is under the age of 13. However, the Company will accept registrations from parents or guardians who desire to enter the Contest by submitting a photograph of their own child who is a Minor. Participants may also come to a Company store and request the temporary use on the store premises of an item for sale for the purpose of being photographed and entering into a Contest. No charge will be imposed for the use of such items for this limited purpose nor will the purchase of such items be required to participate in a Contest or to win. Participants may enter as many times as they like. The information contained in a participant's registration must be complete and accurate and the person depicted in the accompanying photograph must be the participant or the participant's child who is a Minor.
    
4. Selection of Winners and Prizes.
   • All valid participants shall be entitled to receive a $5.00 gift certificate redeemable against the purchase of at least $25.00 in merchandise. This gift certificate shall be available on-line at the Jomar website (www. Jomarstores.com) and may be printed for use in purchasing merchandise at a Jomar store.
      
   • The Company will, in its sole and absolute discretion, select 12 winners from entries submitted in each month of a Contest Period. A "month" for these purposes shall commence on the 15th day of each calendar month and end on the 14th day of the following calendar month. Therefore, 12 winners will be selected among entries submitted during the first month of each Contest Period, 12 winners will be selected among entries submitted during the second month of each Contest Period and 12 winners shall be selected among entries submitted during the third month of each Contest Period for a total of 36 monthly winners ("Monthly Winners") per Contest Period. The Company will select these Monthly Winners based on its purely subjective judgment. Monthly Winners shall be eligible to receive a $200 gift certificate redeemable against the purchase of merchandise at a Jomar store. This gift certificate shall be available at a Jomar store during hours of operation upon photographic proof of identification and signing of an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release ("Affidavit"). Monthly Winners for each Contract Period shall also become eligible to win the Grand Prizes to be awarded for that Contract Period.
      
   • Grand Prize Winners: From the 36 Monthly Winners for each Contract Period the Company will, in its sole and absolute discretion, select 6 grand prize winners ("Grand Prize Winners") shortly after the end of each Contract Period. Therefore there will be a total of 18 Grand Prize Winners. The Grand Prize Winners shall receive the following at a Jomar store during hours of operation upon photographic proof of identification and signing of an Affidavit:
     1. $200 gift certificate redeemable against the purchase of merchandise at a Jomar store; and
     2. An Apple IPad 2 (16GB).
         
5. Notification: Monthly Winners and Grand Prize Winners will be posted on the Company website and in order to claim a prize a winner or, if a winner is a Minor, such Minor's parent or legal guardian will be required to sign and return the Affidavit which must be received by the Company within thirty (30) days of the posting of the name of the winner on the Company's website. Monthly Winners and Grand Prize Winners or in the case of Minors, their parent or legal guardian must also provide photographic proof of identification satisfactory to the Company as a condition to claiming a prize. If a potential Monthly Winner or Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign the Affidavit within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a Monthly Winner or Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, the Company will award the prize to an alternate winner from and among all remaining eligible entries.
    
6. Verification/Acceptance: In the event that there are less prize winners than there are prizes available, the Company reserves the right to only award the amount of prizes as there are eligible prize winners. The decisions of the Company are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contests. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entrants and the date of participation. All participants must comply with these Official Rules in order to accept the prize and to be confirmed as a prize winner. If a potential prize winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential prize is forfeited.
    
7. Prize Conditions: No transfers of prizes, in whole or in part, will be permitted, except at the Company's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of greater or comparable value, as determined by the Company. All prize details are at Company's sole discretion. All standard and stated Jomar Gift Certificate terms and conditions apply to gift certificates which are awarded as prizes in this Promotion.
    
8. General Rules: By participating in a Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Participation in a Contest constitutes permission for the Company and its designees to use photographs, video and audio recordings and other images of the participant and the participant's name, voice and likeness for promotion, advertising or any other purposes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Submission of a photograph pursuant to a Contest does not guarantee that the photograph will be published as the Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion not to publish or to discontinue publication of any photograph which it deems to be inappropriate for any reason. Although the Contests may be displayed and promoted on Facebook, Twitter and/or Flickr, they are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Flickr and all entrants release Facebook, Twitter and Flickr from any liability in connection with the Contests.
    
9. Limitations of Liability: Participants, by participating in a Contest, release and agree to hold the Company and its affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotional agencies ("Promotion Entities") harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death and bodily injury, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or participating in the Contest or in any Contest-related activity, whether sponsored, held by or paid for by a third party or by the Company. Additionally, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for late, misdirected, or unspotted participation, or for any virus contracted by participant's computer through participation in a Contest or viewing the Official Rules, for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a human or by a computer or internet malfunction or interference, tampering, manipulation, weather or natural disaster, acts of war, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Contest, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation; or for failed computer, satellite, telephone, wireless or cable transmissions, lines or technical failure. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, administrative or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contests, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contests, or the verification of the participant or prizes or in any Contest-related activity or materials. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable network, server, wireless service, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections or any combination thereof. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects of tampering with the participation process or the operation of a Contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of any devices, or methods, which subvert the participation process will void all participation by such devices/methods, and disqualify any participant using such methods. Caution: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF A CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If, for any reason, a Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, weather, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, virus, bug, worms, unauthorized human intervention or any other causes which the Company, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and post notice of the action where the Company deems fit. If the Company terminates a Contest prior to the end of a Contest Period, the Company may elect to award any remaining prizes as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by the Company. Exact dates and locations may change due to forces beyond the Company's control. If an event cannot take place as planned due to, for example, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, such event will take place on the earliest possible date thereafter, as the situation permits.


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABILE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT IN A CONTEST. COMPANY'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL NOT BE DEEMED A WAIVER OF SUCH.


10. Governing Law and Venue: THE CONTESTS ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

	Julianne Kelley	One of my favorite dresses so far that I made from a stretchy white lace from the sale section! I recycled leftover navy pinstripe fabric from another dress for cuffs and a snapping belt that add perfect finishing touches and contrasting structure to the cut edges at the neckline and hemline. Not the easiest outfit to get into since its pretty snug, but definitely worth the wiggling!
